Radiation Therapist, Radiation Oncology,

Performs an extensive range of Radiation Oncology procedures on in-patients and out-patients. Procedures are performed as prescribed by theRadiation Oncologist and according to established practices and standards. Radiation Therapist will cover a rotational call schedule, as well asmorning warm up. Complies with the ALARA principle. Provides patient/ family education related to Radiation Oncology. Ensures patientsconfidentiality. Maintains equipment and supplies. Models professionalism and team work. Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisorand/ or Operations Manager.Registered Radiation Therapist by the ARRT. SCRQSA - State licensing required; must meet continuing education requirements.
