This firm represents public sector and public interest clients in complex litigation matters involving critical infrastructure industries such as energy and telecommunications.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative (40%) and legal support (60%) work, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is eager to learn. Prior energy experience is not requiredtraining is provided.What Youll DoProvide day-to-day support to attorneys and legal staffPrepare, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondenceCoordinate and manage filings with courts, commissions, and regulatory agenciesAssist with case management, including organizing files and maintaining document databasesSupport discovery and trial preparation (exhibits, binders, filings, etc.)Track attorney time entries and assist with timesheetsProcess and manage expense reports and reimbursementsCoordinate travel arrangements and detailed itinerariesAssist with RFP submissions and administrative reportingHelp coordinate meetings, including scheduling and logisticsWhat Were Looking For3+ years of legal assistant or related experienceStrong communication, proofreading, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive mindset with a willingness to jump in and support the teamLaw firm and/or litigation experience preferredExperience with court filings (including appellate or regulatory agencies) is a plusWork Environment & PerksHybrid schedule: approximately 3 days onsite / 2 days remoteOccasional additional onsite time during trial preparationCollaborative, team-oriented cultureComprehensive training programBonus opportunityHealthcare coverage (firm pays ~50%+)Tax-advantaged commuter benefitsMetro-accessible office location
