Morrow Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Property Management. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, provides administrative support, and maintains compliance documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage document scanning, distribution, and internal communicationsAssist with budgets, rent increases, and regulatory documentationMaintain management plans, agreements, and marketing materialsCoordinate meetings, events, and training registrationsMonitor insurance claims, reserve requests, and tax credit reportingMaintain office supplies and equipmentTrack investor materials and property photosAssist with tenant inquiries and complaintsProvide backup administrative support and assist with special projectsQualifications High School Diploma or GED required3+ years of administrative experience (property management preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask and work independentlyTyping speed of at least 50 WPMValid driver's license and reliable transportationWork Environment & Expectations Ability to work at a computer for extended periodsProfessional communication with staff and stakeholdersStrong reliability, attendance, and initiativeMaintain a positive and cooperative team environmentWhy Join Morrow Companies?
