Key Responsibilities

Oversee billing matters, including processing prebills and ensuring timely delivery of final bills
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or Business preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal software such as iManage, Aderant, or DocXTools
Comfortable using AI-powered tools for document production and research
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to the evolving needs of a legal practice
