Our Human Resources Account Managers are essential to delivering that promise. Managing client relationships, handling sensitive payroll and HR tasks, and ensuring client operations run seamlessly.

Position Overview
The primary objective of this role is to deliver Successfully Implemented Clients. As the Client Implementation Manager, you will operate as a "Working Leader." You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience, leading the overarching project strategy while also actively participating in the day-to-day work of implementing payroll and time and labor modules. You will ensure that every new client and module is launched accurately, on time, and with a high degree of client confidence.
Beyond client and system tasks, you are a dedicated leader for your department. You will be directly responsible for managing your staff, guiding their professional development, and providing regular performance coaching to ensure the implementation team achieves continuous success.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Team Coaching: Provide regular, actionable performance coaching to the implementation team to ensure results are being achieved.
Resource Management: Equip the team with all necessary tools, documentation, and resources required to execute their roles effectively.
Foster Growth: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the implementation department.
Working Leadership & Hands-On Implementation
Active Participation: Act as a "Working Leader" by taking a hands-on approach to the project, actively implementing software modules alongside your team while overseeing the full project lifecycle.
Payroll Configuration: Execute the full, accurate setup of new payroll clients from start to finish.
Time & Labor Setup: Configure foundational and basic Time and Labor settings for newly onboarded clients.
Accurate Account Setup: Oversee and execute the precise, error-free setup of all New Client Accounts within the system.
Performance Coaching:
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive Kickoff Initiatives: Facilitate comprehensive kickoff meetings for all new implementations to align internal teams and client stakeholders on goals, scope, and expectations.
Timeline Management: Build, manage, and strictly maintain program timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all implementation milestones.
Departmental Synergy: Act as the central liaison, successfully coordinating with all internal departments on new client onboardings and the rollout of newly implemented modules.
Client Success & Training
Client Education: Successfully train clients on all system procedures to ensure high user adoption and operational confidence.
Clear Communication: Ensure every client is fully informed of Coeur’s operational expectations, payroll timelines, key contacts.
Seamless Handoffs: Graduate clients to the Support team only after confirming they are highly comfortable, proficient, and stable within the system.
Requirements & Qualifications
3 years of experience in client implementation in UKG Ready
Proven, hands-on experience fully setting up and configuring payroll clients in UKG Ready
Demonstrated ability to configure basic Time and Labor settings in UKG Ready
Experience operating as a "Working Leader" or player-coach, balancing hands-on execution with team leadership and development.
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
Strong ability to translate complex technical procedures into easy-to-understand client training.
