Resilient Children's and Families CB Float Assistant
RCF CB Float Assistant: Pro Action's Resilient Children and Families Programs is accepting applications for the position of Float Assistant to provide support primarily for its Family Resource Centers!
If you enjoy working with children and helping to provide a fun, safe and educational environment where you can make a difference, then this may be the position that you’ve been searching for.
As the float Assistant, you will be responsible for providing coverage in centers as needed as well as assisting the Center Coordinator with daily operations. You will also assist in events, activities, maintain cleanliness of supplies and equipment, and provide childcare during parenting groups.
This is a 20-hour-per-week position that may include working some evening hours and some Saturdays each month.
A high school diploma or equivalent and a love of working with children and families are required for this position. Having an awareness of the various community resources and supports that are available to families is strongly encouraged. A valid driver's license meeting agency standards and reliable transportation is required.
