This role provides hands-on leadership within finishing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met.Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily Paint & Blast workflow and prioritiesMonitor paint quality, surface preparation, and reworkEnsure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followedSupport training and development of Paint & Blast team membersCommunicate production or quality concerns to the SupervisorEducation & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) requiredTechnical training or demonstrated experience in industrial paint and/or blast operations preferredCombination of education and experience will be consideredMinimum Qualifications Current R-Tech employee in good standingDemonstrated reliability and acceptable attendanceExperience in Paint and/or Blast operationsAbility to communicate expectations clearly and professionallyPreferred Qualifications Strong understanding of paint quality, surface preparation, and finishing standardsExperience mentoring or training other employeesAbility to manage workflow with minimal supervisionAdditional Expectations Maintain accountability and professionalism on the shop floorMay be required to support day or night shift coverage as neededPowered by JazzHR
