Our hospital team includes highly skilled veterinarians specializing in Emergency/Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, and are supported by dedicated technicians and support staff. Who are we looking for right now? Bridgetown Veterinary Emergency & Referral is looking for experienced Veterinary Assistants, for our Emergency Department. General job duties include but are not limited to: Patient triage and obtaining history from owners Obtain patient TPR and communicate with attending DVM of any abnormalities Update patient medical record Collect and perform diagnostics including bloodwork and radiographs Administer medications - PO, IV, SQ, IM Place IV Catheters Maintain cleanliness of the hospital Fill prescriptions and review with owners Discharge patients and answer client questions What can BVER offer?
