This role ensures smooth movement of materials, timely reporting, issue resolution, and support for project logistics management activities. Key Responsibilities:Maintain, update, and communicate logistics-related information including:Master dataDelivery schedulesStock and order statusContract informationCoordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics service providers to ensure timely material flow.Analyse operational logistics status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.Identify changing logistics conditions and implement alternative corrective actions.Prepare and communicate deficiency reports and status reports regarding material and product availability.Support Project Logistics Management (PLM) in tracking project supply requirements.Document and manage transport complaints, shortages, and damage claims.Coordinate with internal teams including:ProcurementQualityEngineeringInsuranceControllingProject Logistics ManagementWork with transport providers to implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment.Support logistics operations with third-party service providers.Assist in developing and implementing contingency logistics plans.Support project evaluations and customer supply process improvements.Assist with supplier evaluations and tender preparation when required.Required Qualifications:2+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, procurement, or project support experienceMaster’s degree or equivalent entry-level advanced qualification acceptedGood knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain coordination, or technical business operationsAbility to manage non-routine tasks independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder coordination abilityExperience working with logistics systems, reporting, and documentationPreferred Skills:Supply Chain CoordinationLogistics PlanningMaterial TrackingDelivery SchedulingSupplier CoordinationInventory MonitoringTransport ManagementComplaint HandlingRoot Cause AnalysisReporting & DocumentationProcess ImprovementProject SupportExperience LevelExperienced Professional (2–5 years preferred)Work StyleSelf-managedTarget-orientedDetail-focusedAble to adapt in changing project environments
