Role DescriptionThe Regional Sales Director is a full-time, remote position in the Austin or San Antonio areas. This role involves overseeing and driving sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals across assigned senior living communities. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, developing business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building proactive relationships within the South Texas area. The Regional Sales Director will also work closely with community leadership to ensure alignment with Morada Senior Living’s standards and objectives.QualificationsProven experience in multi-site sales portfolio5-10 years experience in senior living sales.Exceptional Customer Service skills and a focus on fostering strong relationshipsDemonstrated success in Business Development and identifying growth opportunitiesLeadership experience, including Team Management and coaching capabilitiesAbility to analyze market trends and implement effective strategiesStrong organizational and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
