Schedule & Role Expectations (Please Read Before Applying) Schedule: 5 days per week, 2:00 PM 11:00 PMThis is a fully on-site, hands-on roleIncludes physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs), van management, and after-hours operational support Requires independent decision-making and ownershipThis role is not ideal for candidates seeking: Remote or hybrid work A traditional 95 schedule A primarily desk-based position About the Role We're hiring an Inventory Operations Specialist to take ownership of afternoon and evening operational readiness across our Boston market. This role blends inventory control, fleet oversight, storage optimization, and urgent operational response. You will be the primary point of accountability during your shiftensuring our vans, keys, storage facility, and supply systems are fully organized, stocked, and ready to support daily apartment turnovers and guest needs. This is not a traditional warehouse role. It's an operational ownership position requiring autonomy, organization, and reliability. What You'll Be Doing: Inventory & Storage OperationsPick and stage daily operational orders Unbox, stock, and restock supplies Monitor inventory levels and update Kanban systems Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow Assemble operational kits as needed Fleet Operations & ReadinessManage assigned parking spots for company vans Conduct daily van inspections, restocking, and cleaning Perform turnover inspections (photos, ratings, compliance submissions) Complete weekly van audits and spot-check inventory Record and report damage, maintaining accurate fleet status Key & Access ManagementMaintain key cabinets and track key movement Coordinate key copying Ship keys for courier requests Provide lockout support when necessary Operational SupportSupport laundry processing as needed Respond to urgent after-hours operational needs Ensure the Boston market is fully operationally prepared each evening
