Residential Appraisal Reviewer

This position involves bidding, engaging and reviewing single family residential appraisals covering all states. The qualified candidate will become familiar, and then competent, with RIMS which is an internet based appraisal management system. The position involves both high volume and time sensitive duties. Candidate must have good communication skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining working relationships with appraisers and account officers.Position RequirementsCandidates must be a Certified Residential Appraiser, or a Licensed Residential Appraiser to be considered. A Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate residential appraisal experience, is also required.Qualified candidates will also demonstrate: Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills (verbal and written) Collaboration with team members and effective interpersonal skills
