We're looking for a Software Developer in Test with a background in server-side and API testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to validate APIs, backend services, and server components. This role requires strong programming skills, deep understanding of API protocols, and experience with CI/CD integration. Candidate should be highly proactive individual with strong creative, technical, and analytical skills and is passionate about new technologies in automation.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of experience in Automation.Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScriptExperience with test automation frameworks for API testing and backend services, including designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suitesValidate request/response payloads, headers, authentication, and error handlingAnalyze server logs and debug backend issues with query parametersPerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testingWork closely with developers and product teams to understand requirementsIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesCreate and maintain test documentation, test casesExperience building dashboard to generate and post test reportsExperience working with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch etc.)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across many participating teamsBS in Computer Science or equivalent experiencePay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $277,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
