Location: Hybrid, Montvale, NJCompany: Confidential healthcare media / patient engagement companyOverviewWe are seeking a Director, Measurement, Analytics & Insights to lead a hands-on measurement and insights function focused on proving the impact of digital, media, and point-of-care campaigns for pharma clients.This person will own ROI and effectiveness measurement, manage third-party measurement partners, and translate results into clear value stories for clients, Sales, renewals, QBRs, and executive conversations.This is a player-coach role. The right candidate can lead a small team while staying close to the analysis, the deck, the vendor output, and the client story.What This Role Owns1. ROI and Effectiveness MeasurementOwn ROI, lift, attribution, campaign effectiveness, and measurement studies across pharma client campaigns.Work with partners such as IQVIA, Symphony, Crossix, Veeva Crossix, or similar vendors to evaluate performance and business impact.2. Client-Ready Value StorytellingTurn measurement outputs into clear, credible business narratives.Help Sales and client teams answer:Did the campaign work?What impact did it create?Why did it work?What should the client do next?3. Vendor and Methodology Oversight\Manage measurement vendors and challenge outputs when needed.The person does not need to be a pure data scientist, but they need enough technical depth to understand methodology, pressure-test findings, and ensure the story is defensible.4. Player-Coach Team LeadershipLead and develop a small analytics/reporting team while remaining hands-on.Improve reporting standards, insight quality, dashboards, templates, and consistency across client deliverables.Ideal Background10+ years in analytics, insights, measurement, research, commercial analytics, or media analyticsExperience in pharma, healthcare, life sciences, healthcare media, point-of-care, pharma agency, or measurement/data vendor environmentsHands-on experience with ROI, campaign effectiveness, attribution, lift, test/control, matchback, or measurement studiesExperience with IQVIA, Symphony, Crossix, Veeva Crossix, claims data, Rx/script data, patient-level data, HCP data, NBRx/TRx, or similar healthcare data sourcesStrong ability to translate data into client-ready recommendationsExperience managing vendors and working with Sales, client teams, Product, Technology, or executive stakeholdersExperience coaching or managing a small analytics or insights teamNice to HaveMMM / marketing mix modelingPromotion response modelingBudget optimization or resource allocationPoint-of-care campaign measurementPharma media, healthcare publisher, or digital health experienceBest-Fit CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on pharma or healthcare measurement leader who can prove campaign impact, manage measurement partners, and turn ROI studies into clear business stories that Sales and clients can trust.
