Position: Office Administrative SupportLocation: San Francisco, California, United States (On-site)Type: Contract (with possible extension or full-time conversion)Pay rate: $25/hr.Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functioning and assist team members with travel, scheduling, client servicing, and event coordination.Key Responsibilities:Manage travel arrangements and process expense reports for team members.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sensitive documents such as checks, stock certificates, and tax forms; perform scanning and document management.Provide general administrative support such as calendar management, scheduling, and phone handling.Coordinate and schedule office events including recruiting, internal team gatherings, and external client-related events.Manage logistical tasks such as booking conference rooms, ordering catering, printing documents, coordinating interviews, liaising with building services, and greeting visitors.Support the Wealth Management Team with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional corporate environment.New graduates with a strong interest in financial services are encouraged to apply.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Professional communication and interpersonal skills.Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Adherence to business professional dress code and work environment.Strong critical thinking abilities and sound judgment.Commitment to operating with integrity and transparency at all times.
