Robotics Field Engineer

We have offices in Australia, the US, Germany, China, and Hong Kong, and are backed by leading Asia-Pacific VC investors.We design and deploy robotic solutions across construction, exhibition, and industrial environments, and are continuing to scale our global operations.THE ROLEAs a Robotics Field Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining our robots across customer sites throughout the United States.This is a highly hands-on role that sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer success. You will work directly with physical robotic systems in real-world environments, ensuring successful deployments and a strong customer experience.Core responsibilities include:Deploy and operate robotic systems on customer sites across the USProvide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and partnersPerform routine maintenance and repairs both in the field and at the workshopTrain customers on how to use and operate our robotic systemsMonitor robot performance and ensure successful execution on job sitesCollect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product featuresPlan and manage deployment schedules and ensure operational readinessSupport a wide range of technical and operational tasks as neededYOUR SKILLSWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyHands-on mindset with comfort working on physical hardware systemsStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with customersHigh level of ownership and accountabilityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to perform light physical activityYou must have:Eligibility to work in the US and a valid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel extensively across the US (up to 2 to 3 weeks per month)Nice to have:1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical roleExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environmentExposure to project-based workWHY AUGUST ROBOTICS?Work directly with real robots in real-world environmentsGain hands-on experience in a fast-growing robotics companyDevelop technical, operational, and customer-facing skillsBe part of a small, high-impact team with strong growth potentialReceive training and exposure to cutting-edge robotics technologyHOW TO APPLY?An attractive remuneration package will be available to qualified candidates.
