We have a strong training program, a supportive management team, and a culture built around helping our sales consultants grow.As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will work with customers throughout the vehicle buying process, from greeting guests on the lot to understanding their needs, presenting vehicles, demonstrating features, following up, and helping create a professional, positive buying experience. We are looking for someone who wants to learn relationship-based selling, not high-pressure sales. The right candidate will be coachable, dependable, and willing to put in the effort required to become successful.This position offers competitive pay, with a realistic first-year earning range of $55,000 to $75,000, based on performance. For someone willing to learn, work hard, and take care of customers the right way, this can be the start of a long-term career.We also want to be upfront about the demands of the job. Automotive sales requires working weekends and some evenings. You will spend time outside on the lot, walking, standing, showing vehicles, and getting in and out of cars throughout the day. During South Georgia summers, that means working around hot pavement and hot vehicles.
