Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a P&C Insurance Business Analyst, located in Youngstown, OH. The Business Analyst will be responsible for assessing and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvements. Key day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes, creating detailed reports, and using analytical insights to drive business strategies. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that all deliverables align with organizational goals and industry standards. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and identify actionable solutions.Proficiency in Business Analysis and experience in detailing and managing business requirements.Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.Experience with Business Processes and identifying areas of optimization or enhancement within organizational workflows.Knowledge of the P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance industry and familiarity with its regulatory environment is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
