Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, employees, and candidates Manage front desk, phone calls, mail, and shipments Maintain office and pantry supplies Handle office-related billing, invoices, and payment submissions Support meetings, events, and team lunches Assist with new employee onboarding (desk setup, access, welcome pack) Track office expenses, contracts, and renewals Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on office matters Qualifications:13 years in admin, reception, or customer-facing role Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office, Slack, WeChat Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and work independently
