Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join a great firm's growing team, specializing in securities litigation and professional liability. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing complex litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in securities disputes and professional liability matters.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage securities litigation cases and professional liability matters from inception to resolution.- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.- Collaborate with clients to develop effective litigation strategies tailored to their needs.- Advise clients on compliance and risk management related to securities and professional liability issues.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices.Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.- Admission to the New York State Bar.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities litigation and professional liability.- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.- Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation and benefits, strong mentorship culture along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
