Bankruptcy Processor
DescriptionMcMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy Processor for the Peachtree Corners, GA office. The Bankruptcy Processor will be responsible for providing support to the Bankruptcy Department and Attorneys by processing bankruptcy case files including: drafting of legal documents such as proof of claims, motions for relief from stay, objections, and claim maintenance filings.RequirementsKnowledge/Skills:Process files in case management and client systemsDraft filing for proof of claim, reaffirmation agreements and motions of relief for attorney reviewRequest files from clients and other departments as neededPACER and e-filing experience is requiredAbility to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentProfessionally communicate with clients and co-workersWork both independently and as part of a teamProvide exceptional internal and external customer serviceAny other clerical tasks as neededExcellent professional communication skills as position requires written and verbal interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as the clients and outside vendors.ExperienceMinimum of high school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 - 3 years of experience in lender bankruptcy processing or other processing related work in the legal field.Experience and understanding of the various client systems such as a360 Case Aware, Black Knight, and Tempo is preferredProficiency in MS Office products including Outlook and TeamsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlinesExperience with SCRA and other electronic databases a plusAbout Mcmichael Taylor Gray, LlcMcMichael Taylor Gray, LLC (“MTG”) is a full-service default and creditors’ rights law firm delivering quality, cost-effective legal services for financial institutions throughout most of the Eastern United States.
