Job Description About the RoleAAA Truck and Trailer Services is hiring a 2nd Shift Service Advisor / Parts Coordinator to support evening operations at our Bridgeton location.This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive, diesel, truck repair, logistics, or parts counter environments who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and working alongside technicians in a fast-paced shop.You will serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours customers and drivers while ensuring parts flow, paperwork accuracy, and smooth shop operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Phone SupportAnswer incoming service calls professionallyManage after-hours gate callsAssist drivers and fleet customers with repair inquiriesCommunicate clearly with technicians and shop staffService Coordination & SchedulingSchedule service appointmentsCoordinate administrative tasks related to repair workflowEnsure proper documentation and follow-upParts & Counter SupportAssist with over-the-counter parts salesCheck and manage parts inventory levelsProcess service and parts paperwork accuratelyAdministrative & Closing DutiesMaintain organized filing systemsPerform general clerical tasksSecure and close shop operations at shift endRequiredGED or equivalentComfortable working 3:30 PM – Midnight (Monday–Friday)Strong computer and phone system skillsPreferred- Experience in diesel truck repair, automotive service, trailer repair, or parts counter operations- Previous service advisor, service writer, or administrative experience in a repair shopCompensation & Benefits$20–$28/hour (based on experience)$1.00/hour 2nd shift differentialMedical InsuranceDental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffStable Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends)Why Join AAA Truck & Trailer Services?In the logistics industry, uptime is everything.
