Field Chief Technology Officer — EMEA Healthcare - Remote (From UK or DACH)We are seeking a senior technology leader to operate at the intersection of customer strategy, market innovation, and product evolution. As a member of the Office of the CTO, this role extends beyond traditional technical evangelism. You will actively shape our innovation agenda by identifying emerging healthcare trends, validating new product capabilities, and translating EMEA market demands into strategic roadmap inputs.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Advisory: Serve as the technical ambassador to CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs within large healthcare systems, advising on secure endpoint strategies and zero-trust architectures.Innovation Scouting: Identify emerging trends such as AI at the edge, medical IoT, and secure clinical mobility. Translate regulatory changes (GDPR, NIS2) into product opportunities.Product Strategy: Gather field intelligence from "lighthouse" healthcare customers to define requirements for the engineering and product teams.Innovation Incubation: Lead proof-of-value programs and innovation pilots with strategic partners and healthcare ISVs.Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at major EMEA digital health conferences and publish content on the future of secure clinical workspaces.QualificationsExperience: 10+ years in senior technical leadership (Field CTO, Chief Architect, or Digital Health Leader).Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare IT (EHR/EMR, clinical workflows, telemedicine, and endpoint security).Strategic Influence: Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and engage at the Board/C-Suite level.Technical Breadth: Familiarity with digital workspace technologies (VDI/DaaS, secure endpoint OS) and AI/ML use cases in clinical environments.Network: An established network within the EMEA healthcare ecosystem.
