Finance and Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to support their growth and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement and inventory planning to ensure timely availability of parts for machine builds Support cost accounting by reconciling inventory and calculating Cost of Goods Sold Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting Experience with procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations Strong understanding of foundational accounting concepts Proficiency in Excel Experience managing purchase orders and vendor relationships
