You fulfill internal orders, deliver items to departments, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse to support smooth daily operations across the property. Your attention to detail ensures that the right products, in the correct quantities, are delivered to the appropriate venues and departments.Job Description:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assist with training and serve as a resource to team members to support performance, engagement, and adherence to company standardsSupport daily operations by monitoring work areas, guest interactions, and service flow for quality, efficiency, and safetyServe as a shift lead and escalation point for resolving basic team member or guest concerns, referring complex issues to management as neededSupport daily operations by monitoring receiving procedures, product handling, and warehouse cleanliness for quality and efficiencyServe as a shift lead and escalation point for resolving product discrepancies or delivery issues, referring complex concerns to management as neededReceive deliveries accurately and completely, stock goods safely, and fulfill internal department orders with care and accuracyEnsure all receipt and delivery paperwork is completed, signed, and returned to Inventory Control in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized warehouse by following daily cleaning protocolsEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications1-2 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations; hospitality experience preferredDemonstrated ability to guide and motivate peers in a high-volume or guest-facing environmentStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deliver coaching, relay expectations, and assist in conflict resolutionReliable and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and support shift coordinationFlexible to adapt to changing business needs, schedules, and guest volumesCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system such as Red Rock Purchasing SoftwareSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsRequirementsThis position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuanaAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsFood Handlers CardDrivers License3 Year DMV History ReportPhysical RequirementsFrequently push/pull up to 75lbsFrequently lift and/or carry up to 75lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsRegularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistOccasionally sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorNoisyExtreme hot cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes, and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
