These activities include refurbishment, repair, and manufacturing efforts. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with management, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to keep technical operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be an integral part of efforts to improve documentation and training, drive root-cause identification, implement processes, and identify gaps in efficiencies. You will lead a team of bench technicians repairing electrical components, refurbishing device assemblies, and performing final assembly activities. You will support the implementation of solutions, while leveraging creative capabilities, data, and infrastructure across various digital media properties.What You Will AccomplishDaily oversight and supervision of bench technicians and operationsResponsible for end-to-end workflows; intake to outputEnsuring processes are followed and protocols are enforcedManage complex component-level repairs and provide technical guidancePerform training, identify knowledge gaps, and develop technician skillsQuality assurance testing on bench output; ensure quality, adherence to standards, and efficient repair/testing of diverse equipmentSupport bench inventory cycle counting and forward stocking effortsActing liaison between bench operations and leadershipStreamline efforts and identify gaps in processes and/or workflowsMonitor key spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient quantity to support repair operationsAnalyze and synthesize data to develop internal and external reporting purposes.Collaborate with product managers, business leads, engineering, QA and support teamsYou're a Great Fit For This Role Because5+ years of professional experience managing personnel10+ years of experience performing technical repairsStrong leadership and organizational skillsA mastery of understanding of IOT products; hardware and software relying on connectivityExperience with assorted interfaces (i.e. tablet, mobile, desktop, etc) as well as different operating systemsExperience driving process improvements in a service and support environment Experience with Excel/G-Sheets, CRM, ERP, and Asset Management platforms, is preferredExcellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skillsWant to be a part of a fast-paced innovative teamTotal Compensation $70,000-100,000This is a 5 day in Warehouse roleAt Intersection we celebrate every voice that makes us unique and every perspective that makes us grow.
