Production Line Operator/Assembler

We're hiring multiple Production Line Operators in North Phoenix!! This is a temp-to-hire position. Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-3:30pm Every other Friday 6am-2:30pm Pay: $18/hr Job Responsibilities: Operate production line equipment and tools to manufacture solar panel bracket Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving parts. Assemble bracket components according to specifications and engineering drawings. Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and quality standards. Follow production schedules to meet daily output and efficiency goals. Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished goods as needed. Adhere to all company safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures. Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production machinery. Qualifications: Previous experience on production line or assembly within a manufacturing environment Comfortable with repetitive motions, twisting, pushing with arms Confident with various hand tools and power tools - specifically Allen wrenches and drills Team player Able to follow verbal directions and apply feedback from management - good listener Safety awareness Ability to stand for 8+ hours at one station Hand eye coordination Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Own or acquire steel/composite toe boots/sneakers before start date Ability to pass a drug test and background check #INDAZ Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
