This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to real-time projects, develop technical and analytical skills, and gain insight into the biotech industry. Interns will have exposure to Neomorph's mission, values, and collaborative culture.Role and ExpectationsNeomorph is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support HR initiatives across compliance, talent management, and people programs. This internship offers hands-on experience working on high-impact projects that help shape the employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations.The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and interested in learning how HR programs are designed, evaluated, and optimized within a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & ComplianceConduct audits of employee files and HR documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceReview and recommend improvements to HR file structure and recordkeeping processesSupport documentation and standardization of HR procedures and workflowsTalent Management & DevelopmentAssist in the design, organization, and rollout of talent management and training programsSupport the development of materials for performance management, goal setting, and employee development initiativesHelp evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementEmployee Programs & EngagementReview the current employee recognition program and benchmark against market practicesProvide recommendations to enhance engagement, participation, and impactAssist in implementation planning for any program updatesHR Analytics & ReportingSupport development of HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, program participation)Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insightsAssist in preparing materials and summaries for leadership presentationsRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsInterest in HR operations, talent development, or people analyticsExperience with data analysis, reporting, or project work (academic or internship)Familiarity with HRIS systems or survey tools is a plusProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerpointSkills and CompetenciesProblem-solving mindset and willingness to learnAbility to work cross-functionallyStrong ownership and accountabilityAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism with internal and external stakeholdersWhat You Will GainHands-on experience with core HR functions and strategic projectsExposure to HR program design and organizational developmentOpportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadershipMentorship and professional development supportWhy Intern at Neomorph?As a mission-driven biotech company, Neomorph is committed to scientific innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
