We're seeking an experienced engineering leader who thrives in a hands-on environment who’ll shape the direction of the engineering organization and how we operate as we scale. We don't expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we do expect strong technical skills, exceptional communication, and a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through ambiguity and scale.
