You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations, and serving beverages with a smile. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that prescribed stock levels are maintained.Responsibilities:Bus tables and maintain side stations efficientlyServe beverages and ensure a fresh supply of coffee and waterAssist guests with courtesy and professionalismFollow management's directives at all timesEnsure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain prescribed stock levelsEmpty trash and stock bus carts as necessaryReturn dirty tableware to the kitchenPerform any other job-related duties as assignedQualifications:Commitment to regular and punctual attendanceProficiency in English communication, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customersSuccessful completion of the pre-employment processFlexibility to work various shifts, including holidaysPhysical Requirements:Capability to lift up to 40lbs and maneuver carts up to 75lbs through crowded areasAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftThe above duties and responsibilities are representative.
