Security Software Engineer

Newark, California Developing IT & Security operations reports & dashboards; onboard data from multiple network applications including windows, linux, AWS Azure cloud. Perform Splunk administration tasks such as installing universal forwarders & configuring; customize & create/modify Security dashboards. Integration of Intrusion detection & prevention systems (IDS/IPS) to Security Information Event & Management (SIEM) & analyze the logs. Troubleshoot Splunk performance & log monitoring issues. Work with SIEM software, Manage Splunk user accounts (create, modify, delete etc ), scripted SQL queries. Job loc: Newark, CA and unanticipated client sites throughout US.
