This role is heavily focused on MRB and Process Release (PR) disposition, nonconformance analysis, and driving resolution of out-of-flow hardware.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with manufacturing teams to ensure quality, compliance, and production continuity.Key Responsibilities:Support MRB and PR disposition with timely, accurate quality decisionsDevelop and coordinate rework plans, including documentation and execution guidancePerform nonconformance analysis and RCCA, driving issues through closureTrack and manage out-of-flow hardware, ensuring visibility and risk mitigationPartner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain production flowEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and documentation practicesMaintain accurate records for dispositions, process changes, and quality activitiesSupport machining-related dispositions by incorporating input on tooling, methods, and process constraintsCommunicate status, risks, and escalations clearly across teamsRequired Qualifications:Experience supporting MRB and PR disposition in aerospace manufacturing shop floor environmentBackground in Quality and Manufacturing Engineering with shop-floor involvementStrong experience with nonconformance analysis and RCCASolid understanding of quality systems, documentation, and audit readinessAbility to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionallyStrong communication and organizational skillsDue to the nature of the work US Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor"s degree in EngineeringFamiliarity with machining processes, tooling, and setupsPrior PR certification or final disposition authority experienceExposure to CNC-related documentation or process changeBelcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
