Practice Team Assistant

This role offers strong exposure to attorneys and firm operations, making it an excellent entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in legal support.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key administrative resource to attorneys and legal support staff, helping keep daily operations running smoothlyManage interoffice mail, ensuring timely distribution and organization for team membersAnswer and route calls for timekeepers as needed, maintaining professionalism and responsivenessCoordinate day-to-day logistics including meetings, conference calls, lunch orders, and car servicesGreet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departureAssist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting, ensuring high-quality work productSupport scheduling needs by coordinating meeting space, attendees, and logisticsHandle travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentationTrack receipts and follow through on reimbursements, credits, and expense reconciliationsAssist with time entry and administrative tracking for attorneysMaintain organized electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibilitySupport document management tasks including scanning, printing, e-filing, and database updatesUtilize CRM tools to maintain accurate contact records and support business development effortsJump in on special projects and provide additional administrative support where neededQualifications1+ years of administrative, office, or professional support experiencePrior law firm or professional services experience is a plus, but not requiredBachelor's degree preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to iManage or similar systems is a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approachTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support othersAdditional DetailsDirect hire opportunity with a well-established Am Law 200 firmFull-time schedule (40 hours/week) with occasional overtime as neededHighly collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and developmentCompensationHourly pay range: $26.00 – $32.00Annual equivalent: $54,080 – $66,560 (based on a 40-hour work week)Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for immediate consideration.Trustpoint.One provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
