Very friendly, but firm. Organized, resourceful, experienced with booking events/entertainment, catering, public speaking, etc. Some nights, many weekends, and most Holidays are required.Responsibilities:Coordinate all event activities and personnelDistribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnelCalculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetingsResearch and identify successful event opportunitiesMaintain stock of event suppliesWork with social committee to reach goalsMust be flexible with hoursQualifications:3+ solid years previous experience in event planning or other related fieldsStrong computer skillsStrong project managing skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work well in teams and independentlyFull time.
