Following a recent acquisition, the business is entering its next phase of scale and operational maturity. We are seeking a hands-on Controller to take full ownership of accounting and finance operations while helping guide the organization through system conversions and sustained growth.This role offers true end-to-end financial responsibility, visibility to leadership, and the opportunity to help build scalable processes as the company expands.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $110,000-120,000k baseAnnual Bonus: 10-15% (based on company performance)Benefits Package Includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceTerm life and AD&D insuranceShort-term and long-term disability2 weeks of paid time off401(k) with 4% company match after 90 daysPosition OverviewThe Controller will oversee all accounting and financial activities for the organization, owning the full accounting lifecycle and serving as a key partner to operational leadership.
