Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Networking/Datapath with expertise in Rust or Go. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance networking and datapath solutions. Day-to-day activities include working on back-end development, optimizing algorithms, ensuring scalability and performance, troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet system specifications and project deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and ProgrammingStrong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system designExpertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and practicesExperience with Rust and/or Go programming languages is essentialAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in remote environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with networking protocols, performance optimization, or cloud-based systems is a plus
