Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from initial concept through final closeout. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, subcontractor coordination, permitting, and client communication.3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager Required ***commercial construction experience requiredKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standardsLead the permitting process and ensure all regulatory requirements, inspections, and approvals are obtained in a timely mannerServe as the primary client liaison, managing relationships from pre-construction and planning through execution and project closeoutManage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects such as roofing replacements, HVAC systems, paving, and other large-scale property improvementMonitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scopeQualificationProven experience managing construction budgets and financial reportingStrong background in coordinating subcontractors and navigating permitting and inspection processDemonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through completionExperience overseeing major CapEx projects (e.g., roofs, HVAC, paving) preferredExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Medical, Dental401kPaid Time Off
