Senior Accountant | Tax and CAAS/ Advisory | Dartmouth, MA (Hybrid) This is a Senior Accountant role for someone who enjoys accounting, likes working with clients and having a supportive, progressive team around them. The firm is looking for a Senior Accountant, ideally one to two years from Manager, who wants broader exposure across accounting, advisory, and light tax, rather than a narrow compliance-only role. You'll be working with a variety of small businesses so you'll need expeirence working at a fast pace. Your work will be varied and intersting and you will be given the tools and support to grow and develop. You'll also have regular client interaction and a clear growth path. The role You will sit in the CAAS function and work closely with clients on the accounting side of their business. Day to day, that includes: Month-end and ongoing accounting support Financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Management reporting and dashboards Helping clients use their financials to make better decisions Partnering with tax internally, without owning tax preparation Tax knowledge matters, but this is not a tax-heavy role. You need to understand how tax fits into the picture, not spend busy season churning through returns.
