Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Member Experience Coordinator at Serendipity Labs’ Costa Mesa, CA location. The Coordinator will focus on ensuring exceptional member satisfaction by managing daily operations, providing customer support, and fostering a collaborative workplace environment. Day-to-day tasks include assisting members with inquiries, coordinating events, overseeing space logistics, onboarding new members, and maintaining the appearance and functionality of the space to uphold the highest standards. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to provide excellent support and address member needs effectively.Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks, such as scheduling, event coordination, and space management.Familiarity with technology and tools related to workspace management and scheduling platforms.Teamwork and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with staff and members within the location.Previous experience in hospitality, coworking spaces, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.Proactive problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless member experience.High attention to detail and professionalism to maintain the quality and aesthetic standards of the space.
