Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Area Operations Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in KANSAS CITY, MO with opportunities for remote work. The Area Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, ensure efficiency, and manage team performance across multiple locations. Responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, implementing strategies to improve productivity, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement. Qualifications Operations management skills, including workflow optimization and process improvementLeadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate staff effectivelyData-driven decision-making with experience in analyzing operational metricsExperience in customer service and stakeholder relationship managementProficiency in project management and ability to handle cross-functional responsibilitiesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong Janitorial Operations backgroung, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)including equipment troubleshoot knowledge.Prior experience in a similar leadership role is advantageous
