Powder Coat Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a sheet metal manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on a Powder Coat Operator. This role supports the finishing department and requires a high level of attention to detail. This position is lower priority, and the team is comfortable waiting to find the right candidate with the proper skill set and experience.Position: Powder Coat OperatorShift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMPay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experienceDuties / Responsibilities• Prepare parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, hanging, and inspection• Apply powder coat to parts per specifications using proper techniques• Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure quality, coverage, and finish• Maintain strict attention to detail to meet appearance and quality standards• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently• Load and unload parts into ovens and monitor cure times and temperatures• Touch up parts as needed to meet quality requirements• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures• Maintain a clean and organized powder coat area• Communicate defects or process issues to supervisors or team leads• Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications• High School Diploma or GED required• Prior powder coat experience preferred• Experience in a sheet metal or manufacturing environment strongly preferred• Strong attention to detail and quality• Ability to work independently and take ownership of finished product• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards• Strong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Requirements / Work Environment• Ability to stand for extended periods of time• Ability to lift, push, or pull parts throughout the workday• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and airborne particles• Ability to wear required PPEIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
