You will build relationships with residents, observe and report changes in condition, and help create a safe, respectful, and engaging living environment while working closely with the clinical and life enrichment teams.ResponsibilitiesCare for residents and assist in updating each resident’s service planAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eatingAssist with the Life Enrichment Program and encourage residents to participate in activitiesAssist in providing a safe environment for residentsCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joyDocument and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely mannerMaintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh-School diploma or equivalentHCA or CNA license preferred Must have or obtain (within 30-days of employment) First Aid & CPR CertificationMust have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employmentKnowledge and experience caring for and interacting with eldersBenefitsWe believe caring for others starts with caring for our own teams.
