These roles offer strong career growth, leadership exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries.The ideal candidates will possess solid accounting knowledge, strong client service skills, and prior experience managing engagements, reviewing work, and collaborating with internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements, workpapers, and accounting reportsManage accounting and assurance engagements from planning through completionSupervise and mentor junior staff and seniorsEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards and firm proceduresBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify process improvements and provide accounting recommendationsAssist with budgeting, scheduling, and engagement managementCollaborate with partners and leadership on client deliverables and deadlinesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldRelevant public accounting and/or corporate accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience reviewing work and managing client engagementsExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyPreferred QualificationsCPA certification or progress toward CPA preferredPrior experience in a Senior, Supervisor, or Manager-level role preferredPublic accounting experience strongly preferredExperience with accounting software and ERP systems
