This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:* $20.00 per hour* First Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM* Referral program* Opportunities for advancement* Supportive and team-oriented work environmentWhat We're Looking For:* At least 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (30,000 lb capacity or larger)* Strong understanding of forklift safety standards and maintenance procedures* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Commitment to workplace safety and proactive problem-solving* Forklift certification preferred* Experience in industrial or sustainability-focused environments preferred* Alignment with company values: grit, intelligence, communication, integrity, positivity, and goal-driven mindsetWhat You'll Do as an Industrial Forklift Operator:* Operate a 30,000 lb "Big Red" forklift to transport heavy materials and equipment* Load, unload, and move materials safely to designated locations* Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks* Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain efficient material flow* Organize and store materials in the yard and warehouse* Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
