Sager Electronics is looking for a Power Sales Engineer (PSE) to drive growth within the assigned region by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in power, thermal and battery solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer who is technically savvy and who thrives at the intersection of engineering and business development.Territory: Washington, Oregon and British ColumbiaWhat You'll DoAs a Power Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and securing new power supply opportunities:Partner with customers from design through production to win new businessSupport qualification efforts for Power Systems products, including inbound leadsCollaborate with the local sales team on design opportunities and application solutionsDeliver product updates and emerging technology insights to customers and internal teamsCapture and manage design registrations and design winsBuild strong relationships with local rep groups and manufacturer representative partnersShare market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends with leadershipParticipate in technical training with suppliers and service centersContribute to customer planning and regional growth strategiesEnsure an exceptional customer experience through consistent follow-throughManage territory and time effectively to maximize impactComplete administrative reporting and maintain CRM dataRepresent the company with professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityMeet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectivesWhat You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, (or equivalent experience)Minimum 2+ years of experience selling power solutionsExperience supporting customers through the power supply selection processKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of the power supply market and electronics industryAbility to engage stakeholdersSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and listening skillsStrong organizational and territory management abilitiesAbility to quickly become a product expert across multiple suppliersProficiency with standard business and CRM toolsCompensationAnnual Base Salary Range: $73,710-$122,200Annual Total Compensation Range (Base + Incentive): $113,400-$188,000The compensation structure includes a base salary and a monthly incentive opportunity for a combined total target income. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
