Apply today!Machine Operator Responsibilities:Reference work order to set up the production line appropriatelyLead the process for setting up the production filling lines and operating in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesFacilitate and lead any adjustments needed to settings and make repairs, as required, to obtain product specifications and quality standardsDocument activities accurately per GMP as required using Product History Records (PHRs)Ensure bottles placed on the line have been checked for qualityMonitor to ensure the product filling and packaging equipment are effectively operatingMake necessary adjustments to ensure correct fill has been establishedCommunicate to manufacturing leaders any product that does not meet quality standardsEnsure all correct raw materials are used during appropriate production runComplete and report all documentation and production logsTroubleshoot issues on filling equipment in order to get the production line running quickly and efficientlyMeet and exceed the production requirements based on the capacity for each filling lineEstablish and maintain appropriate work pace to meet all production goalsAssist with the completion of necessary training for other manufacturing personnelEnsure all proper quality procedures are followedFollow all safety guidelines according to company and OSHA standardsMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly work areaOperate forklift and pallet lift as neededWhy Work with QPS?Access to sought-after positions with leading employersDedicated placement specialists who will guide you through every step of the job search processBest of all, our job matching and resume assistance services are 100% free to job seekers!
