Full stack is good to have not a must. The person will be doing bioinformatics software development so having that BI (bioinformatics) knowledge is a must. And yes, while doing that BI dev, person will be using AWS, AI and others so those are needed. All the candidates that you’ve sent missed bioinformatics.
