Connect for life.International Meetings and Science (IMsci), a division of VML Health, works with companies to build world-class healthcare and pharmaceutical brands among medical professionals and consumers, with a transmedia storytelling approach that covers medical education strategies.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a Presentation Specialist for our IMSci Office. In this role, you will specialize in handling all aspects of slide design, creating visually empowering presentations, and managing production for internal and client projects. You will play a vital role in transforming complex scientific data into compelling visual narratives, developing creative templates, and elevating our communications to drive meaningful impact for our clients.What You'll DoReformat slides to precise template or client specifications, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.Recreate complex charts and diagrams using PowerPoint’s drawing tools or other illustration programs to portray data in fresh, compelling ways.Implement interactive navigation, file linking, and other functionalities to enhance presentation usability and flow.Create PowerPoint templates and presentations based on client instructions, embedding video, audio, or multimedia elements as appropriate.Evaluate the visual presentation of content, making proactive design, layout, and content recommendations.Assess the readability and legibility of content (color, type size, volume of data) to ensure optimal audience engagement.Attend internal and client status meetings to align on project needs and provide backup support for New Business presentation development.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed efficiently, within budget, and on time.Who You AreA collaborative communicator who partners seamlessly with science and account teams to align on project needs and enhance creative elements.A strategic problem-solver who can evaluate complex information and translate it into clear, visually compelling graphics and infographics.An adaptable, solution-oriented team player who is willing to step in wherever needed to ensure the team's success.A detail-oriented creator who takes ownership of the final product, working effectively as a self-starter without requiring close supervision.What You'll NeedAt least 5 years of experience in full-time presentation design and production.Advanced PowerPoint skills, including drawing tools, charts (MS Graph and Excel), tables, and animation.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Working knowledge of Photoshop (e.g., converting image formats, resizing, cropping, silhouetting) and Keynote.Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and PDF creation.Strong design sense with meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.Preferred: Experience working with multimedia presentations (audio, video, animation).Preferred: Familiarity with Quark, Illustrator, FastStone Capture, Tsunami MPEG Encoder Express, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Presenter.What We OfferPassionate, driven people: We champion a culture of people who do extraordinary work.Consciously cultivated culture: We aim to embody the behaviors to build an inclusive community that is in it together, bringing both positivity and active listening into the workplace as we simultaneously strive to empower creative bravery.Competitive benefits: What we offer full-time hires ranges from the full spectrum of group health coverage options (medical, dental, vision) to a generous 401k match (100% dollar-for-dollar match, up to 5% of salary contribution), and a variety of paid time off offerings that reflect our investment in all aspects of your overall life balance and wellness.Growth-minded opportunities: We aim to nurture a culture of real-time feedback, a growth-oriented mindset, and plenty of training opportunities through VML and WPP so you can continue to grow personally and professionally.#vmlhealthcareersThe base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
