This role has full P&L responsibility and is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and high‐performance logistics solutions for high‐value technology and facility products.The ideal candidate is a proven freight forwarding leader with strong commercial acumen, a security‐first mindset, and the ability to lead teams in a fast‐paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full branch P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost controlLead daily freight forwarding operations across air, ocean, and ground modesEnsure reliable execution of import, export, and domestic shipments across global regionsMaintain elevated security and chain‐of‐custody controls for high‐value cargoServe as senior escalation point for customer service, operational disruptions, and risk eventsEnsure compliance with trade regulations, documentation standards, and internal SOPsManage and develop high‐performing teams across operations, customer service, and documentationSelect, manage, and evaluate carriers, vendors, and overseas partnersDrive continuous improvement, operational consistency, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with Sales and Account Management on customer growth and solution designRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience8+ years of freight forwarding experience, with 5+ years in management or branch leadershipProven experience managing Air, Ocean, and Ground forwarding operationsDemonstrated success owning and managing branch P&LExperience supporting high‐value cargo, technology, or facility‐related productsStrong knowledge of international shipping, documentation, and trade complianceExcellent leadership, decision‐making, and customer escalation skillsProficiency with freight forwarding systems and operational reporting toolsPreferred QualificationsIndustry certifications (FIATA, IATA, CCLP, trade or security‐related certifications)Experience working with global trade lanes (LATAM, APAC, EMEA)Background in regulated or security‐sensitive supply chainsContinuous improvement or Lean experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance‐based incentivesLeadership role with full operational and financial ownershipOpportunity to manage complex, high‐value global supply chainsCareer growth within a global logistics organizationComprehensive benefits packageTravel 10%Sycomp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
