CDL A Regional Driver

Regional Driver – Class A CDL Red Stag LLC is seeking experienced Class A CDL Regional drivers to load and haul milk in tankers from local dairy farms to processing plants for our dedicated customers. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, proper handling procedures, and effective communication to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.Key Responsibilities Load milk products onto trailers using proper equipment and approved techniquesSafely transport bulk dairy products to processing plants in compliance with all federal and state regulationsCommunicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, delays, or issuesPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concernsMaintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and required paperworkEnsure proper milk handling practices at all timesProvide professional and courteous customer service to farms, plants, and other stakeholdersPerform other duties as assignedRequirements Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsementMinimum age: 23 years oldMinimum 2 years of CDL driving experienceMinimum 1 year of liquid tanker hauling experienceAbility to obtain and maintain Milk Handler CertificationValid DOT Medical Card with proof of insurabilityFamiliarity with ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices) and Hours of Service regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to drop and hook trailersAbility to climb ladders to check trailer sealsStrong navigation and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work holidays and weekendsPhysical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach overheadAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to sit for extended periodsBenefits Perks Medical Insurance: PPO, MEC, and HSA plan optionsDental Vision CoverageAncillary Benefits: Accident, Short-Term Disability, Life, and Hospital coverageCompany-Paid Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday PayRider Policy: Qualified passengers may ride alongPet Policy: Drivers are welcome to bring pets on the truck
